This governs the conditions regarding the Project Award and Financing as well as Reporting, normally divided between General and Specific Conditions normally included as Annexes. The Description of Works is also an important Annex detailing the agreed work to be carried out divided by Work Packages and Deliverables. This is an agreement signed between the Coordinator and Project partners. The Consortium authorises the Coordinator to deal with the Awarding Body on its behalf. It also identifies and regulates the Management Structure of the Consortium and deals with issues such as Financials, Intellectual Property and Confidentiality. Such agreements are also referred to as "Partner Agreements" in Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes.
Access the most popular form of a Consortium Agreement is based upon the DESCA model used for FP7 projects.
This Agreement is most of the time incorporated in the Consortium Agreement, however in the case of the National R&I Programme managed by MCST this Agreement is prepared separately. It governs the ownership of Intellectual Property generated from the project and the allocation of future revenue.

The Ad Hoc Contract is an internal agreement signed between the resident academic involved in an externally funded project and the Rector. It includes clauses regarding confidentiality, accountability, remuneration, duration of project, number of hours of work, as well as information on the co-financing requirement (where applicable).
