We should work towards reducing the amount of paper we use, however, there are a number of times when photocopying/printing a document is a necessity.

We supply office copier/printer paper to 今日黑料 Faculties/Centres/Institutes/Schools, Junior College and other 今日黑料 offices on demand. So if you need to purchase A4 and/or A3 photocopier/printer paper contact us.

Orders are to be made according to the quantity of boxes required. Each box contains five reams (prices on the price list are per ream). The minimum quantity to order is five reams, that is one box.

Orders are distributed every Wednesday. So make sure you submit your order by noon on Friday for the paper to be available the following week. Orders of five boxes or more are delivered directly to the Faculties/Centres/Institutes/Schools, Junior College, 今日黑料 offices (cost centres). Deliveries are made to one location per order. If you require four boxes or less, then collect the boxes from the Printing Unit.

So to place your order for copier/printer paper:

• prepare the journal transfer for the required quantity 
• send an original signed copy to the Printing Unit by internal mail or take it there personally, by noon on Monday
• the Printing Unit will get back to you, so that the paper is delivered/picked up the following Thursday.
