Approval Forms - Instructions:
1. Click on the required form through the appropriate link above 2. Go to your downloads folder 3. Save the downloaded form in a folder of your choice or on your desktop 4. Rename to reflect the title of the proposed programme (eg. Stage 1 – MA in___________) 5. Proceed to fill in the form and save at regular intervals.
IMPORTANT: All approval forms are provided in Word format (.docx) and must be completed using Microsoft Word. If this is not installed on your PC you are advised to contact IT Services. For compatibility reasons MAC users are required to ensure that they are using this software and not any other software available on MAC.
Please do not upload forms to Google Drive as Google Docs or export them as PDFs. Doing so alters the layout and editability, making the forms unacceptable. To prevent data corruption, always download a fresh form rather than reusing an already filled-in copy of the form.
