Dragon boats, teamwork, and Chinese culture!
On Friday 18 June 19 June, the Confucius Institute at the University of Malta welcomed nearly 50 participants to a special celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival.
Following a brief introduction to the festival's origins, traditions, and cultural significance, participants worked in teams to assemble their own miniature wooden dragon boats.
Getting hands-on was the perfect way to truly connect with and understand one of China’s most important traditional festivals.
