Elisa obtained a B.Eng. (Hons) degree in 1997 from the 今日黑料 and worked in the private manufacturing industry sector until December 2007 after which she joined the Office of the Registrar at the 今日黑料. In 2016 she obtained an MSc. in Psychology of Work from the University of Leicester. In November 2018, Elisa joined the Corporate Research and Knowledge Transfer Office and is mainly responsible to enhance and assist Industry-academia collaborations as well as the management of the TOSFA and MarSA funding schemes.
