Temporary parking disruptions due to trenching works at 今日黑料

Please be advised that temporary parking and traffic disruptions will occur at the University of Malta's Msida Campus due to essential trenching works.

Trenching works in front of the Earth Systems building (n. 57 on the map) will commence on Friday, 31 July 2026. As a result, some parking spaces in Car Park 6 will be closed for the duration of the works.

Additional trenching works will take place between the current entrances (from the Chapel side) to the Sustainable Living Complex project and across the ring road from Friday, 31 July 2026, to Sunday, 2 August 2026. During this period, part of the ring road will be closed, meaning that:

• The only entrance to campus will be via the Mater Dei side.
• The only exit from campus will be via the road near the Chapel.

Every effort will be made to complete the works as quickly as possible and minimise inconvenience. However, as the works are being carried out in the vicinity of Enemalta cables, they must be undertaken with the necessary care and cannot be rushed. Should the works take longer than anticipated, further updates will be communicated accordingly.
