Have you ever been approached by a third party—such as an industry partner, NGO, or government agency—requesting laboratory services or use of lab equipment?

We’re pleased to announce the release of the updated Sales Order SOP (ZRH-005), which provides a clear and standardised process to follow when offering paid services to external clients through ��պ�� lab facilities.

What the SOP Covers:

How to evaluate service requests
How to prepare quotations and apply remuneration guidelines
How to use official templates to ensure professionalism and legal clarity

The SOP ensures that all services are documented, costs incurred on the department are recovered, and the University is legally protected—particularly through the use of liability disclaimers and approved workflows.
