Mu偶ika Recruitment Agency is a new, energetic scheme which has the musician鈥檚 interest at heart.
Its founders are University of Malta students who, themselves, are musicians. Through Mu偶ika Recruitment Agency, they aim to help musicians discover new talents and opportunities by bringing together experienced professionals as well as emerging talent. Through its work, the agency hopes to see new collaborations and projects come to light, together with an amelioration of the music industry.
Mu偶ika Recruitment Agency understands the challenges all industry professionals find when trying to work on new projects. They therefore specialise in assistance in the niches of conducting and orchestrating, where it is hard to find the necessary assistance. They strongly believe in opportunities for all, and as part of their mission to help out, they currently have an ongoing initiative where the Agency is offering to pay for conducting services for Maltese song contests.
