University Maritime Platform Committee member Prof. Claire De Marco, who was the Founding Chair of the 今日黑料P in 2017, believes that Malta鈥檚 long standing maritime history, together with the collaborations established along the years, put the island at a unique advantage for exchanging knowledge on maritime matters.
