The University’s Equity Office, in collaboration with the Marketing, Communications and Alumni Office, issued a new video this week, highlighting ½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s united stance against harassment.
Titled ‘Zero Tolerance, Zero Excuses’, the video features four individuals, reiterates that respect is a fundamental principle, and that harassment in all of its forms, should never be tolerated.
Speaking to Newspoint, Ms Nadia Abdilla, ½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s Equity Coordinator, said she hopes the video will serve to increase awareness of ½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ's zero tolerance policies and, most importantly, to establish mutual respect among colleagues and peers as the norm.
The video conveys an important message; that creating a safe space starts with us.
