Following the outcome of the assessment by the independent reviewers, the University of Malta (½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ) has been awarded the HR Excellence in Research award on 30 July 2021.
The award reflects the ½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ's commitment to continuously improve its human resource policies in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter & Code), notably the commitment to achieve fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal procedures. Furthermore the ‘HR Excellence in Research’ award promotes stimulating and favourable work environment for researchers at the ½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ.
The ½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ will now be listed on the under the header of 'HR Acknowledged Institutions', and vacancies advertised on EURAXESS will feature the ‘HR Excellence in Research’ icon.
