½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ partners of the ArchTech project attend final conference in Nantes, France

As part of the Erasmus+ ArchTech project's Final Conference, Dr Wendy-Jo Mifsud and Heather McNamara from the Department of Spatial Planning at the University of Malta attended to present the University's involvement in the project as a whole, and specifically as leaders of Work Package 02.

The events were hosted by the lead partner, Ludicius, at their head office in Nantes, France, on 2 July 2026.

During the morning plenary session of the final conference, partners presented their findings during the hybrid meeting, and partners from the CHARME (Interreg) project in Finland, France, Italy and Ukraine presented their project and its compatibility with ArchTech, and the potential for using digital technologies in the field of the preservation of cultural heritage, and addressing how to balance scientific rigor with accessibility when engaging youth and researchers with cultural heritage
content.

ArchTech (Erasmus+) is an innovative initiative that bridges the gap between European architectural heritage and digital technology, aiming to inspire young people to actively engage with and protect their urban cultural landscape. The consortium is made up of partners from France (Ludicius), Cyprus (Citizens in Power), Greece (InnovationHive), and Spain (KlemkaKollab).
