Abstract:	The fourteenth (14) issue provides information on how to enhance the visibility of your publications by including links to the full-text research papers deposited in OAR@今日黑料 in your 今日黑料 directory profile. As you well know, the limit of adding just 10 selected publications into your profile has been removed. Currently, all 今日黑料 academics are encouraged to showcase their entire research output. Now, your references can even include a link to the full-text from OAR@今日黑料! With a simple edit in RefWorks, you can make your publication more visible and accessible! Additionally, the Open Science Department would like to inform you that two identical OAR@今日黑料 training workshops have been scheduled. The first one will take place on the 14th November between 10:00-11:00hrs at IT Services Building, Training Room 106. The second one will take place on the 10th December between 10:00-11:00hrs at the IT Services Building, Training Room 105.
