Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Trip registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

• All payments made towards the trip, including deposits, instalments, and full payments, are strictly non-refundable.

• Once payment has been received, the university commits funds to transportation providers, accommodation suppliers, activity organisers, and other third parties. As a result, the university is unable to offer refunds for withdrawals, cancellations, non-attendance, or changes in personal circumstances.

Student Cancellation:

If a student chooses to withdraw from the trip after making payment:

• No refund will be provided.

• Failure to Attend

No refund will be issued where a student:

• Fails to attend the trip

• Misses departure times

• Is unable to travel because of visa, passport, health, disciplinary, academic, or personal issues

• Voluntarily leaves the trip after it has commenced.

Exceptional Circumstances

• The university may, at its sole discretion, consider requests arising from exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement. Any refund approved in such cases will be entirely discretionary and dependent on whether any costs can be recovered from third-party providers.

• Submission of supporting documentation does not guarantee a refund.

University Cancellation

If the university cancels the trip before departure, students will normally receive a refund of monies paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred and paid to third-party suppliers.
