| DESCRIPTION | Contemporary leadership is faced with high volatility and uncertainty that is challenged by complexity and ambiguity. This requires leaders that have high integrity and that leads with transparency. This course prepares students to lead organisations and global teams to meet the complexities in the environment, with capacities for transformation. The course takes the students through a profoundly personal exploration to build their own solid leadership approach/skills. Reading List: A reading pack will be provided to students. |
