Talks about Education in the age of AI Digital Transformation

Dr. Patrick Camilleri, a resident Academic and Digital Pedagogist at the Faculty of Education at the University of Malta, has lately been contacted to participate in two events in relation to Education, Digitisation and AI in Education.
In the first event, organised by the OECD with support from Malta’s Ministry for Education and Sport and the Directorate for Planning and Strategic Foresight, Dr. Camilleri is being invited as one of the main contributors for an international expert meeting taking place in Valletta, Malta, on November 25-26, 2026. This meeting will focus on child well-being and education in the digital age.
In the other event, the DEAI summit taking place in Malta in late November as well, and organised by the HumanAIx Foundation and the Advanced AI Society, in partnership with local and international entities such as the University of Malta and Epic Growth Dr Patrick Camilleri, with other eloquent experts on AI, has been invited to actively participate in discussing AI Education and the Future of Work.
In the meantime, and as an introductory meeting before the named summit, Dr Camilleri has also had the opportunity to be invited and interviewed online by the Action CEO, Victor Gazio, from San Diego, California.

In late August, Dr Camilleri has lately also participated as a main speaker in an online discussion organised in the US underlying Ethics, Social media, and Democracy.
