In recent years, the Maltese Courts have referred to the Duty of Care doctrine with increasing regularity in their civil, criminal and commercial judgments, leading the Author to examine the legal basis of this doctrine, and to inquire into whether or not it has had a meaningful impact on the Maltese legal scene.<\/p>\n
